What is WoogieWoo?
WoogieWoo is a fashion marketplace for designers and shoppers. Designers can create and customize their own shop that they use as their own. All products in designer shops are also part of the WoogieWoo fashion marketplace. Shoppers can purchase, favorite, and wish list items from new and unique designers from around the globe.
How do I sell my items on WoogieWoo?
All you need is product to sell and a valid PayPal account. Visit the create a shop page to see the benefits of using WoogieWoo.
How much does it cost to sell my items on WoogieWoo?
It is free to create a shop. WoogieWoo is a pay-as-you-go site. You pay per posting. Posting fees range from $0.10-0.25 USD and then there is a flat 5% commission fee only if your item sells.
What can be sold on WoogieWoo?
Anything wearable can be sold on WoogieWoo. That includes, but not limited to: Women's Clothing, Men's Clothing, Accessories, Eyewear, Jewelry, Bracelets, Earrings, Purses & Bags, Apparel, Active wear, Casual Wear, Denim, Dresses, Graphic tees, Shorts, Skirts, T-Shirts, Tops, Outerwear, Jackets, Sweaters, Sweatshirts, Handmade items, Kids, Leather, Plus Size, Rhinestone, Vintage, Beauty, Fragrance, Hair accessories, Swimwear, Swimsuits
How do I purchase an item on WoogieWoo?
First you will need to create a free WoogieWoo shopper account. This takes only a few minutes and is 100% free and always will be. When your shopper account is activated you can then make purchases from the shop of your choice. Simply add the product to your cart and follow the checkout process.

How do I sell my items on WoogieWoo?
All you need is items to sell and a valid PayPal account. Visit the create a shop page to see the benefits of using WoogieWoo.
Do I need to know how to build a website?
No not at all. We have a click and create system that requires no experience with building websites. Simply choose the theme of your shop and with a click it creates itself.
Do I have to have a PayPal account?
Yes. PayPal is integrated into our checkout system to keep things safe and secure. PayPal is also our way for money to go directly to you when your item sells. Need a PayPal account?
I forgot my password what do I do?
Click the "Login" button on the top right of the home page at WoogieWoo.com. On that page you will see the link to "Forgot your password?" Click the link and follow the instructions.

Is there a minimum amount of items I have to post?
There is no minimum or maximum. You can post as little or as much as you'd like it's completely up to you.
How much does it cost to sell my items on WoogieWoo?
It is free to create a shop. WoogieWoo is a pay-as-you-go site. You pay per posting. Posting fees range from $0.10-0.25 USD and then there is a flat 5% commission fee only if your item sells.
What percentage does WoogieWoo take when an item sells?
WoogieWoo takes a flat 5% fee on each item sold. This is the item total not including the shipping price. PayPal fees are separate and not included in that amount.
How long are my items for sale?
As long as you want! We don't delete items. Once you post an item for sale it will remain active until it sells or you delete it from your dashboard.
My items has multiple sizes what do I do?
Once signed it go to your dashboard. From there on the left side of the screen click "Add new item". This is where you will upload your new item. The third item on that page says "Sizes". You can add a size drop down box for your customers by adding the sizes and separating them by a comma. Example: (S, M, L, XL) or (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) or (Small, Medium, Large) or however else you wish.
What is "The Latest"?
The latest is a place to share what is going on with your shop. Maybe you posted new items or you are having a sale, let the world know by posting the latest update. The latest can be filled out on your "Dashboard" when logged in. The Latest is displayed on the homepage of WoogieWoo.com and is a clickable link that will take customers directly to your shop.
How does the On Sale! feature work?
On Sale! is a great feature to show customers how long your sale lasts. You will need to activate this page prior to using it. Visit your dashboard and click "Pages". From there you will need the check the On Sale! box. Then click edit. You can then pick from items you already have posted for sale and put them on sale for a certain period of time. When you do so, the item will now have a countdown clock next to it showing the amount of time left with the sale. It gives your customers a direct look at how much time is left for this sale. When an item is posted On Sale! it is also put in the On Sale! tab on the home page of WoogieWoo.com
How do I know a product has been sold?
You will receive two separate emails; One from WoogieWoo and one from PayPal showing you the details of this transaction. The email from WoogieWoo will show you where you will ship the item along with the details of who purchased the item as well as if the customer had any special instructions. The WoogieWoo email will be sent from Sales@WoogieWoo.com please add that address to your address book to ensure proper delivery. The PayPal email will show that you have received funds from the customer.
Who ships my item to the customer?
It is your responsibility to ship your item to the customer in a timely manner. The quicker the better! The faster you can ship the item, the happier you will keep your customer. Happy customers like to return.
How do tags work?
Tags help with two things in particular with one main purpose. To help customers find your product on both the WoogieWoo marketplace and search engines. Use descriptive words to describe that item in particular. Think of yourself as a shopper and try to reverse the roles and think to yourself "If someone was trying to find this product what would they search for"? Use those key words you come up with for your tags.
How do I edit an item currently for sale?
Once logged in go to your dashboard under the "Products" tab on the left side click the "Currently for sale" link. It will pull up a list of your items currently for sale. Next to each item you will see the links to either edit or remove the item. Click edit and you can make the necessary changes to the item.

How do I change my theme?
Once logged in go to your dashboard. Under the "Profile" tab on the left side click "Customize". You can then choose the theme of your choice. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Upload".
How do I change my profile picture?
Once logged in go to your dashboard. Under "The Latest" you will see a link that says "Change profile picture". You can then upload the profile picture of your choice.
What is Domain Mapping?
Domain Mapping is the process of pointing a registered domain name to your WoogieWoo shop. Domain mapping is more than domain forwarding, because your URL contains the address of your domain (www.YourShop.com), and not your WoogieWoo sub-domain (YourShop.WoogieWoo.com). You can register the domain of your choice through a third party registrar and domain map it to you WoogieWoo shop. Please click here to be directed to the domain mapping process page.

What are Pages?
The Pages tab on your dashboard is where you control the links that are shown on your shop. You can toggle the optional links on and off by checking the box next to the page you wish to activate. The pages without boxes are required links.
Why are some pages optional?
Blog, Sale and Home are all optional pages to add to your shop. We make them optional because not everyone wants to use those features and we want to give the freedom to choose as you wish.
What are external Pages?
External pages are links that we don't have provided. Maybe you use another blog or have picture albums hosted on another site you can provide them in the external pages links and they will show up accordingly on your shop links.
How do I set up my blog?
Blog is an optional page. You will need to activate the page by going to your dashboard then click on the "Pages" link. From there you will need to check the box next to "Blog". You can then edit your blog and add new blog posts.
What is a landing/home page?
When someone goes to your direct page (YourPage.WoogieWoo.com) or if you have a mapped domain (YourPage.com) the landing/home page is the page that customers will see first. You can add either a photo or a video. This is a great place to showcase your brand to your customers.
How do I add a landing/home page?
Home page is an optional page. You will need to activate the page by going to your dashboard then click on the "Pages" link. From there you will need to check the box next to "Home" You can then edit your home page and add a photo or video to your home/landing page.
How do I change my banner?
Go to your dashboard. Under the Profile tab click "Customization". The second section on the page is the banner section where you can choose an image banner, text banner, or no banner at all. Be sure to click upload at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Can I change my WoogieWoo domain (MyShop.WoogieWoo.com)?
Unfortunately we do not allow this. Once you domain is set when you sign up that is yours to keep. If you change the name of your business it is best to start a new shop. Please email Contact@WoogieWoo.com and we will credit your new account with the posting credits from your old account.
Can I add Facebook "like" and twitter "tweet" buttons to my page?
Yes. From you dashboard click "Customize". You will see under basics the links for both Facebook and twitter. All you have to do if put your Facebook number ID in the box or your twitter domain and they will automatically show the buttons on your profile.
How do I resize photos?

✓ Have a facebook? If you upload your products to facebook and then right click and save image it will be much smaller than the original size.

✓ Have photoshop or gimp? They will resize the image size with a few clicks.

How do I purchase an item on WoogieWoo?

How do I view my past purchases?
When logged in mouse over your username in the top-right part of your of the browser. You will see a menu drop down, on that menu click the link that says "Shopper info". This will take you to your settings and show you all your stats, including the products you have purchased in the past.
How do I add products to my wish list?
When logged in click the "Add to Wishlist" link on the right side of the page when on the product you'd like to add to your wish list. It will then be saved to your wish list where you can revisit the product at a later time.
How do I add shops to my favorites?
When logged in mouse over the "+Favorite" link near the top-right side of your browser when on the shop you'd like to bookmark. The shop will then be saved to your bookmarks where you can revisit the shop at a later time.
How do I delete a favorite shop?
When logged in mouse over your username in the top-right part of your of the browser. You will see a menu drop down, on that menu click the link that says "Favorties". On the next screen you will see all of your bookmarked shops. Next to each shop is a delete button where you can delete the shop of your choice.
How do I delete a wish list product?
When logged in mouse over your username in the top-right part of your of the browser. You will see a menu drop down, on that menu click the link that says "Wishlist". On the next screen you will see all of your wish list items. Next to each product is a delete button where you can delete the product of your choice.
How do I leave feedback for an item I purchased?
When logged in mouse over your username in the top-right part of your of the browser. You will see a menu drop down, on that menu click the link that says "Settings". You will see the list of items you have purchased on the right side of the page. Once the item you purchased has been delivered you will then see red text that says "Feedback needed". Click "Feedback needed" and you can leave the shop you purchased from feedback on how their service was.
Why do I have to check out from one designer at a time?
WoogieWoo uses a complex system that navigates payments from various designers. The items you purchase are sent from the shops designer themselves not WoogieWoo. Because of that the shipping and cost of the item are sent directly to that individual shop.
How do I report a problem with the item I received?
First contact the shop you purchased your item from directly. You can do so by visiting their shop and clicking the "Contact" link on their page. If the problem is not resolved please email the WoogieWoo helpdesk at Contact@WoogieWoo.com
